Seen this in Asda today £89 not something I would want but might be of interest to someone on here.
I think it’s just to dispense the beer. Looks a P I T A to be honestI didn't get the gas on gas off bit are you not supposed to leave it on?
I would assume you just leave it on. Unless the whole thing leaks, in which case you shouldn't buy it .I didn't get the gas on gas off bit are you not supposed to leave it on?
I just strip it all down and soak in hot water for a bit. Then santise with chemsan. And remember, they don't show you what you need to do to clean it out between kegs.
So I'll stick with AgentGonzo on this one.
Could you pull hot water or beer line cleaner through using the empty kegI just strip it all down and soak in hot water for a bit. Then santise with chemsan.
Yes you can. There is a plastic keg available exactly for that purpose.Could you pull hot water or beer line cleaner through using the empty keg
In that case it sems a nice little machine if you don't home brew and want a cool beer on tap.Yes you can. There is a plastic keg available exactly for that purpose.
and you don't have a normal fridge to put a mini keg in!In that case it sems a nice little machine if you don't home brew and want a cool beer on tap.
A good point about the fridge.and you don't have a normal fridge to put a mini keg in!
Looks like you get 12 bottles with your clubcard for 18 pounds so that's 6 litres of beer
Because the minikeg is actual beer whereas the bottled stuff is 0.5% dishwater. (Actually it's not bad for low alcohol stuff).A good point about the fridge.
Something i don't get is -
5 litre keg £22.99
10 x 500ml bottles £13.00
