What tempature is OK to condition/store beers at?

I've stored my beers in the celler which has been cool since I've started brewing at the start of the year, but it's now getting quite cold ( but not freezing) in there and I wondered if the beers will be OK to condition.

Winter time mine condition at 8 -10 C

Mine is stored in kegs under shelter at the side of the house. Anything from 20-25 degrees at times in summer, slightly below freezing now. I pride myself on the fact they don’t sit for too long before use 😜🍻

I suspect the celler gets got about 3 deg as it has some vents (that i need to block).
But I have a few brewes that I've bottled but need some time to be at there best.
I'll try to not worry about it
