I might try that, OH would love it!

I accidentally made beer-pizza once. A bit too much sugar in the dough and it sat rising for half the day, and the sugar had fermented. It smelled terrible and tasted worse. Not recommended.

Looks really good. I might have to give that a try after the next brew. The mustard is an interesting addition. Great with a good mature cheddar.
 
I've made beer bread before with my bread maker - took a few goes to get it right - used unfermented wort, and spent grain - tasted very bready, slight grain hint - not a big hit with the family, so rarely bother with it now :(
