Beer yoga, a fitness craze which began in Germany, has arrived in the UK.
The hour-long classes, combining ale with "downward-facing dog" and "sun salutations" moves, have sold out so far in Oxford.

What a load of poncey b****cks!
Having done yoga I know many asanas compress the abdomen and if you have got gassy beer inside you that will feel uncomfortable. Sadly I have some problems in that area and that's why I cant do it any more
Go do yoga :thumb: but you don't need beer to relax you into it just a bit of normal application, and then go down the pub or go home and enjoy a pint instead of waving a bottle of expensive beer about in front of you.
