Did a 6 litre partial mash of a Beamish 'type' stout at the end of October .A tinkered with 'clone recipie'. 5 litres to a mini keg and remainder into 25cl bottles. Just cracked a bottle and must say very pleased with the result. Smooth drinking with a nice small head. Looking forward to Xmas when i shall open the mini keg:)
