I am going to batch prime a coopers Mexican cerveza. I'm planning on siphoning into a secondary (bottling bucket), how long can I leave it in the secondary with it being primed.... Do I need to bottle as soon as the bottling bucket is full or can I leave it 24hrs to settle?

If you add sugar the yeast will start to consume it, the longer you wait without it in bottle the fewer sugars are available for carbonation. I would bottle it asap or not batch prime and add the sugar to each bottle if you need your primary for another beer.

You can leave it in as long as you want Without priming it but if you prime it you will have do bottle it ASAP.
Just add sugar 10-30 mins before you bottle and away you go.
For my Cerveza I use 160g as I can't stand under carbed beer but each to their own I guess.
