Hi
Got myself a Phillips PerfectDraft machine and 5 kegs to go with it. Looking to refill these with a Mangrove Jacks Lager kit when I've emptied 4 of them. I've made a ton of wine kits over the years but I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to making beer and cider. I could do the kits no problem, but when it comes to batch priming I'm not really sure. Each keg will hold 6 litres and I expect to be putting at at least 5 litres back into them, as I usually end up with 21 litres after doing a 23 litre kit.
So, with that in mind, what would you reccomend as a priming sugar, and how much would you say I should be adding to the full 21 ltres. I watched videos were people were saying mini kegs need less priming, but I'm not sure if this is because of them being a bit delicate. Any help appreciated.
