You done ok there...just be sure to pull the barrels apart for a good clean and sanitisation and make sure the seals are good to test for pressure and leaks.

They have only been used once but will give them a good sanitation

Check over the PBs before you put into service using this as a help.
https://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/threads/guide-to-a-standard-home-brew-pressure-barrel.67042/I had four PBs once of the sort you look to have. They all split or developed pin hole leaks within 2 years of first use. So now I have none, nor will I be getting any more.
However for £20 definitely worth a punt. Best of luck with them

Hops add bitterness,flavour and aroma...I'm just about to add a few...

How and when do you add them ?

If you're doing kits you're best off with a dry hop or hop tea to add towards the end of fermentation..this will give you lots of flavour and aroma without bitterness. All grain or extract "from scratch" usually has various hop additions during the boil to add the bitterness as well as flavour and aroma. The combination is endless!
