Thinking of buying a cheap smoker for bacon, but can only afford about £50. Any recommendations? I normally make streaky bacon, so a belly joint size about 2.5kg is as big as I go at any one time, so not huge. But might also try smoking salmon.
Thanks in advance!!

Finished curing my bacon, and it is better than I would have imagined. No salt taste whatsoever when using this cure. Two jowls vacuum packed and put in the freezer.

My first proper bacon for a couple of years along with home made black pudding egg and beans. Delicious.

i had a masterbuilt digital smoker for many years. i bought a smoke tube on amazon for 9$ for for cold smoking salmon and when my masterbuilt went i found that the smoke tube on the grill with an indirect burner going does just as well as my digital smoker ever did.
