Back to basics...

Well, after three dodgy batches - one honey beer lost to VWP, then two Hook Nortons gone a bit wrong by what we can only guess is dodgy ingredients or a bad recipe - no idea which - we have dumped one of them now - I've decided to go back to basics to get some beer in the keg...I'm usually a partial masher but hey, sometimes it's about needs must!

What is your next step, brew a kit or go for another partial mash?

Partial Mash after this. Gonna go in fresh with a Purity "Pure Gold" clone...can't go wrong, just a big hop schedule and CaraGold/Pale malt
