Hi all

Denis here from Halifax

I used to make my own wine a while ago but gave it up when we bought an old house to do up and didnt have the time

Its probly more than 10 years ago but have decided to give it another go

I cant believe how much more there is on offer than when i used to d it before

Got a Beaverdale Merlot on the go atm (our lass loves Merlot) looking to start a Shiraz as soon as the FV becomes free

Hopefully i'll pick up a few tips from here along the way
