hi all have had some beer brewing 4 weeks ago it bubble away and now stopped have taken few reading and is stuck at 1010 do i bottle or will i have exploding bottles ?

A lot really depends on the recipe and the yeast used. 1.010 isn't an abnormally higher FG for a number of styles.

General wisdom is to take gravity readings over 3 consecutive days and if it hasn't dropped any further, you're good to bottle.

Should be good to go mate. Take three reading on consecutive days and if they are all the same you can be sure fermentation has finished.

when the kitchen swimming in water and can't cook dinner there few unhappy people but now sun out can do it in the garden
My kitchen usually smells like a brewery and has puddles of beer everywhere on bottling day so I feel your pain. I still love it though.

My bottling stick has a nasty habit of not closing properly when removed from the bottle so beer just pisses out everywhere.
