Hi all,

So it's been a couple of years since I've brewed (and only then some extract kits which came out so-so). About the time I was brewing bits and pieces I saw the Have a go AG recipe and bought the gubbins. Long story-short I finally got around to doing it today, having noted that the grain and hops were beyond their expiry date.

It wasn't a resounding success as the OG is 1.030 but it was a good opportunity to have a run-through of the process. I'll be looking to do it again in the next few weeks once I've got an order in. I used 1 kg Maris Otter and Challenger hops along with some Munston's yeast.

Not sure if I will order the same again or try something different. I'd be open to tips!
