Dont bother visiting asda for a cool box ive been for 1 today the have stopped stocking them till summer 2011 :evil:

what size cool box would be ok to use for mashing :

25l is about the smallest you would want (unless you are planing on small batches) 32l allows for bigger grain bills. (25l will handle up to 7kg of grain at a push)

I have seen cool boxes still on sale last week, Home Bargains I think was one place that had them.

I managed to get one for £6 in Tesco last week - 26 litres I think. It will need more insulation but its a start.
