Just got my latest shipment of brewables in.... I thought I'd ordered a kilo of rye malt but actually ordered a kilo of ROAST rye malt!

What the hell am I going to do with a kilo of this stuff? :wha:

Bag up into smaller units and put in the freezer for later use, I'm sure since it's there you will find use for it :)

I also bought 3kg of mild ale malt so might use some of it to make a dark mild.

Guess that RyePA is just going to have to wait a few months!
