Back in the day I think people were too thick to realise boiling water made it safe(r).
Interesting though that a Knight would only eat off silver. Silver has natural antiseptic properties.

Brexit didn’t cause the UK labs to shut, but it excludes the UK from outsourcing the work to the EU.

Materials not compliant to Reg 31 are regularly discovered by the Water Companies. Construction companies will use the cheapest stuff and hope they don’t get discovered until the Water Companies have adopted the assets.
