I'm gonna chuck these http://www.brewuk.co.uk/store/bourbon-chunks.html in to my corny of st peters ipa and leave for a bit to add some flavour.
I think I'm going to put them in a bag so I can take them out if it starts to get to strong a flavour.
I bought youngs oak chips but they were like powder so I ditched them an ordered these instead
Any thoughts ? Am I setting myself up for a disaster ? It's a 20 quid kit so a bit of a gamble. but if I don't try I'll never know
