I like the ladder idea, I have one of those ladders.

I'm just using a peco boiler but the idea occurred to me of using the oven shelf to take the weight, i also found 3 stainless steel cutlery holders in B+M for a quid each that are ideal for setting inside the peco to keep the mash bag up of the element, there about 6" high.

Yes! Although first attempt I used the wifes wire cake cooling rack, you can imagine how that turned out - Oven shelf is perfect size and strong :thumb:
