After having numerous stuck fermentations with Munton's Premium Gold kits, I'm wondering if the above mentioned Safale S-04 yeast would be a good replacement for the yeast which is supplied in the kits?
Has anyone else tried using this strain of yeast with any of the muntons kits? If so what were the results?
Also what temp range is best for using Safale S-04 with an extract kit? I have had off flavours before due to fermenting at temps of 22 C and above and would like to prevent this happening again.
