...my mate is coming over and has decided he'd like to do a brew thats

1) red-ish

2) belgian-y

3) with honey

4) and some fruit, probably blueberries...

I have pale malt, caramalt, crystal, dark crystal, some wheat, black and choc malt.

Hops I have, williamette, simcoe, bravo, green bullet, EKG, some fuggles and brewers gold.

Nottingham ale and USO5yeasts.

Any thoughts then people?

Cheers,

DirtyC

No Belgian y yeast Im afraid. Kind of essential I'd agree. My mate was meant to get the ingredients but he never did!

In the end we made a pale ale with honey, orange and coriander seed courtesy of RobWalker, Cheers buddy!

Ended up using the Us 05.

Was good fun with lots of sampling of previous brews along the way.
