Anyone into making sausages or cheese?

I'm trying to get started with beer, sausage and cheese.
Anyone else, just out of interest?

There is a large sausage thread. If you use the search you should find it (would have linked but I'm on my phone). I was jealous of all the sausage making going on so I have started dry curing my own bacon today.

I did a Cream Cheese thread a few years ago but I've never really taken it any further.

brewuk sell cheese making equipment, beer is obviously covered and sausage is easy when you know how :)

Welcome to the forum

the sausage forum here is good a few of us have joined. It also has a cheese section as well. But for cheese you are best looking at the chesse forum here

But you really need to make bread as well which we have quite a good thread here:lol: :lol:
