Just watching it now. Couldn't sit up as I'm early shift tomorrow.

Hendricks Condit fight was outstanding. I thought Condit had it though, Hendricks could only put him onto the ground and do nothing. Condit was getting the better on the ground (even off his back) and, other than a couple of cracking shots in the first, was the more intelligent fighter standing.

Condit just showed his metal though as Hendricks has unbelievable power.

I hope Diaz get's his ass kicked..... rouuuuuuuuund 1 :D

****spoilers*****

That was brilliant to watch. A crap fight, but watching Diaz getting thrown about like an empty tracksuit for 25 minutes just made my day. I've never liked any of the 2 of them, yeah they are exciting fighters but as people they are just a***holes. Throwing a punch, deliberately, after the bell in the 3rd just summed the guy up for me.

Anyway, happy camper. A fantastic fight (co-main event) and a total ****head getting exactly what he deserved.

I was on a backshift today so stayed up till 5am and watched all the fights. Decent card all round, Condit vs Hendricks was a great fight. Think Hendricks just done enough, the judges always put so much on takedowns and he took him down at will despite not being able to keep him there. Was good to see Diaz get a doin, not a fan really although I do quite like Nate. Looking forward to April, did you know there's a card every weekend....4 in a row

Yeah, I was pretty sure in the eyes of the judges it would have went Hendricks way. I'm not compaining about the result I just looked at it a little differently, he was getting him down on the ground but every time he was being punished for it. IMO the fact that Condit was getting the better off his back meant to me that he got the better of each individual altercation... which for me nullified the advantage of the actual take down. Complicated way of looking at it when written down, but basically I think if you take someone down and they get the best of you then the take down should be cancelled out by the dominance of the situation. I think one of the judges saw it my way too :D

The standup was fantastic though, Conduit's variation vs Hendricks all out power was just fantastic to watch.

I totally agree with you, I thought Condit done more damage and won the fight but knew the judges would give it to Condit. I wish that had been a 5 round fight, I was begging for 2 more...Condit probably would've taken it for sure, Hendricks was fading.

Definitely. Hendricks surely has a pop at GSP now. Definitely should have as there is no one else in line.

That should be an interesting fight but I dont see GSP being knocked off the top by anyone in the division at the moment.

I think Hendricks has the best chance of anyone out there but I'm still skeptical, whether or not people enjoy his fighting style he's just head and shoulders above the rest. In saying that his chin is not granite and Hendricks has ridiculous power. If Hendricks can use his wrestling to stay on his fight and land one or 2 of those bombs...who knows.

Yup, exactly the same as me. Might be worth a bet on the underdog for that one :D

I usually don't bet against GSP but if they offer good odds on Hendricks by KO I'll jump on it!
