Hi there

'The Valley' in Scarborough keeps an impressive 100 Belgium Beers in stock, which I am gradually working my way through with a couple of friends!

I really want to have a go at a strong (6 to 9%?) trappist sort of ale next, either as a kit or an extract recipe. Any recommendations please?

Maybe you know a recipe or kit similar to one from that list (or at least want to recommend which one I should try in the pub next! :drink: )

Have a look at the brewferm kits, they are brewed to a short length of approx 10 litres, they have a good range of styles that will suite you.
