Any bar staff or persons in the know?

I have aquired a Cornelius Apexx 3 Chiller unit, I have worked out most of the stuff on it :wha:
I have worked out there are 2 coolant labeled pipes on the side which are the Gylcol pipes for condensing fonts it has a pump inline as well.
Product coils 1-10 easy
There is mains water in, Co2 in, soda out and soda return these are the one's I don't get
How does it carbonate and why the return? and what pressure is needed on the Co2?
