Following on from the apple and summer fruit TC is sampled last week, I just opened a bottle Tesco Everyday Apple Juice turbo....wowzers it's good. Great initial head and nice carbonation. The first taste is nice and smooth, and really mellow and very nicccce!!!.
Third of the way down the glass and plenty of bubbles coming up, and still a little head of white foam on the surface and around the rim similar to that of a commercial cider. The only bottle notes I have on this is that it's a Tesco everyday value apple juice , don't recall adding anything other than gervin yeast to 5 liters of AJ in a demi john, and notes on the bottle are that it was bottled on 6/6/18 and ABV 7.2%. Cracking cider, to go with a Porchetta I made this evening. Just as well I'm working from home tomorrow..hic....:cheers2: Yes @Chippy_Tea I agree, It's surely proof that TCs that are left alone for a long while can provide excellent results.
