Another silly question...

Can someone please tell me definitively what the difference is, if any, between beer enhancer, spray malt and dme?

Can they all be used interchangeably? :wha:

I though spraymalt and DME were the same thing? I think beer enhancer is a mix of DME and dextrose... but i may be wrong...

That's what I thought but someone told me that beer enhancer was also the same, and another told me they were all different?

Very confusing :?

Sugar = sucrose
Brewers sugar = glucose a.k.a. dextrose
Spray Malt = Dried Malt Extract (DME), i.e. Spray dried malt extract
Beer enhancer = mix of DME and glucose (usually 50:50).
