hello, it's about time i joined a forum like this. after all i've only been home brewing for thirty odd years! I've never considered brewing from scratch so I've only done it from concentrates (kits). my very large and expanded family keep me busy as they think it comes out of the shed by magic and costs nothing to eventually pour into their glasses
