Annoyed...

I was just ID'd in Tesco while buying some "research" items.

I couldn't produce any ID so was refused :twisted:

It seems the war on binge drinking means you will be ID'd at any age under 30.
It's been a long time since I looked like I was 17 though and I'm thoroughly annoyed.

I'm at the age where I old enough that I shouldn't be asked for ID, but I'm still too young for it to be considered a complement.

Many supermarkets have voluntarily adopted the 'challenge 25' scheme where if you look under 25 you'll be asked for ID. The idea is to raise the bar for staff so as to catch more underage buyers.

My wallet which had my ID innit, was stolen or lost while on holiday last year.

The DVLA want £27 for a new picture driving license!
Won't be getting one of those then.

I'm still very angry.

Oh yeah I get annoyed at it too. I'm 24 and my photocard driving licence has the same pic as my provisional, so they look at it and get suss because I don't look anything like it and I have to say yeah, it was taken 7 years ago, I've cut my hair since then ><

Ano I'm exactly the same i'm 23, my driving licence has a pic of me aged 17 on it! I look differnet now compared to then and till person has to look between me and the card quite a few times! and to confuse things even more in the pic i'm wearing glasses and now I usually wear contacts!

Went back today with passport in hand.
Thats right, I didn't get ID'd.

I don't think I'll go that far.
