Amount of Yeast Required

I'm about to start a RIS and the original OG to be 1.083. I am wanting to use either CML's Real Ale or US pale ale. It is to be a 13lt AG batch would i need to use two sachets or would one be enough and which would be better to use

Whilst I've never made a RIS, at that OG I'd defiantely pitch two packs. They're only a couple of quid each so you've nothing to lose (having said said that if it was me I'd make a smaller beer harvest the whole yeast cake and pitch most if not all of it - just to save the 2 quid )
