aluminum pot as hlt/mash tun/ copper ???

I have seen a very attractive 100 ltr cooking pot with tap at a even more attractive price. thing is its ally
I have seen one person on the forum recently using ally mash tun and i seem to remember someone using a jam pot which must have been ally. whats the biggest drawbacks using ally?

You can't use caustic on them. That's about the only real drawback.

The American's fear of it causing Alzheimer's has been proven wrong.

Oh, and they're not as shiny
