Just popped by to introduce myself and say 'Hello'...Hello, i'm mick the wife is marcela and we live in the north east, so you'd think we'd already know everything there is to know about producing/consuming alcohol, not so...;-)
Going to give this cider malarkey a try (well the wife is, since its her crop of apples and fruit we're going to be using :whistle: )
So will be bombarding everyone willing to help, with question after question.
This was wor lasses idea since this is the only way she'll get me to do anything in the garden such as harvesting the fruit crops, bribing me with the prospect of an alcoholic beverage.
