Hello all,
My name is Matt and I live in Sheffield.
I'm new to all this home brew malarkey, got my second all grain on the go last night and have to say that a lot of info gleaned from these forums have helped avoid disaster so far (apart from getting fahrenheit and celcius mixed up!).
This site really is a font of knowledge to a new comer like me so thanks everyone.
