You may all be aware, but if not, there has been a few changes in the curry forum world. Firstly Curries Online aka CRO, has changed it's link address. The new one is http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/. But it looks like Cory Ander aka CA the author of a brill curry base has formed his own forum and come up with a change to the curry base. The new forum can be found at http://bircurries.co.uk/

Enjoy.

Just making a batch of CA's new curry base now. If the comments are as good as they say it should be awesome as the old one was good.

I am now waiting ( impatiently ) to be approved to the new forum :thumb:

Cheers bob, I've had some cracking results using this book

The curry secret

I bought it after doing a few batches of CA's original base/currys and I have to say that I do prefer the recipes out of the book but will prob give the new CA recipe a whirl.

I am a member of CRO but went today to find it had updated itself and Cory Ander, whose base sauce I liked had set up another with an updated recipe. Just finished it and it does taste nice and creamy. Now have 12 x 2 portion base sauce for the freezer. Should last a while.

Great stuff! I've been a long time fan of The Curry Secret but look forward to getting stuck into these.

The proof has to be in the eating so here it is. Korma for Lynn and a Rogan Josh for me. The new sauce is certainly an improvement.
