Today my Irish red ag kit arrived, it has instructions but i put it in brew father with the brewzilla profile, the kit states 5.36abv brew father says 4.9abv and the water quantitys are different so my question is, do i follow the recipe or go with the brewzillza profile in brew father, the recipe asks for 15.9L mash and 19.2L sparge brewzilla is asking for 20.58L mash and 7.99L sparge, boil is recipe 27.4L brewfather 25.92L, this for 21L in the fv, which one would you go with answers on a post card please

Go with the Brewzilla profile in Brewfather. There’s a lot of dead space under the BZ malt pipe. If you only use 15.9l mash water with 4.7kg grain in it a fair bit of it would be sitting above the water level.
