All Grain Brewery for Sale - Manchester £550

As I haven't found time to actually brew in the last two years it's sadly time to reclaim some space in the house and sell my all grain setup.

I'm looking to sell:

• 50 L Mashtun with thermowell, dial, false bottom and 1/2" fittings
• 50 L Boiler with sight glass, stainless steel hop filter and 1/2" fittings
• Cygnet Water boiler (25l?)
• Copper wort chiller
• 12v Pump
• 4 x Fermenters + Fittings
• Home made stir plate + flask
• 2 x 20L kegs.
• Regulator + Gas Pipe
• Fermentation fridge wired into STC 1000 for hot + cold
• Keg fridge with two taps wired into STC 1000
• Empty gas bottle
• Bottle Capper
• Bottle Tree
• Wall mounted extractor fan and ducting
• Misc chemicals, connectors, tubing, star san, keg connectors, unused PID etc

The 50L element may need replacing as there are some signs of rust (may be cleanable) but is easily removed via the lock nut.
