All Grain #1 Deuchars IPA

Made my first all grain brew on Saturday Deuchars IPA clone. It was a bit trial and error as I didn’t know exactly how much heat my mash tun + grains would take out of my water. I slightly underestimated, so mash temp was a bit low. I also tried a batch sparge. Unfortunately no photos to share as I was too busy concentrating on my brew and forgot.
However this is what I got out – I don’t think this was bad for a first attempt

Actual OG 1.036
Target Volume 23 l
Actual Volume 22 l

The wort smells lovely with citrus hoppy note. If it tasted as good as it smell I’ll be more than happy! :drink:
