Summer ha ha, I'm planning this for tomorrow. Recipe from Aleman, thanks :thumb:

4881g Maris Otter pale malt (98%) (I'm don't have enough MO so will be using pilsner and lager malt to make up)
100g Carapils (2%)
28g Styrian Golding (Bobek) 6.2%AA 90mins
48g Nelson Sauvin 12.3%AA 15mins
18g Nelson Sauvin 12.3%AA 20min steep at 80C
Mash 90mins at 66C; boil 90mins
US-05 yeast
OG1050; FG 1010; ABV 5.2%; IBU 46; EBC 7.8

I found 200g 300g carapils to be very beneficial over 100g, loads of head from it. Just a 'heads' up :p
Looks great. No idea what bobek and ns will be like together, but go for it! :)

Thanks Rob,

Now mashing and apart from a big puddle on the kitchen floor  and over dosing my mash liquor to 10ppm CaCO3 :? everything is good :D

Weather is not bad at the moment but have a tarpaulin rigged up outside.
