My Coopers Stout is currently fermenting ferociously in the kitchen as we speak lol. The stout is seeping up, into and out of my airlock and collecting on my bin lid. Any suggestions? :

Clean it up before SWMBO finds it.

fix a bit of tubing into the fv and away into an empty jug....its called a blow off tube.

The end of the tube should be submerged in sanitiser solution (in the jug)
