Hi guys i have transferd my turbo cider into a clean dj do i put the airlock back on or a seald rubber bung
Thanks in advance :thumb:

I would think you are safer with an airlock, just incase there is any fermenting still happening. The last thing you want is a bung flying out the top at great speed through the conservatory roof  , or the Demijohn exploding.

Cheers for the reply guys :thumb:
Just another quickie is it best to go somewhere dark? it is in the corner of a room at present should i put it in a cupboard?

I always tend to keep it in the dark, I'm not too sure if it makes much of a difference , but just want to reduce the chance of it developing any off flavours . Im sure you will get a better answer from one of the more knowledgeable members :)
