Thought I'd post my AIPA as tested last night...it's a winner!

4kg pale,I used Maris otter
225g crystal 60
250g aromatic
200g flaked barley
200g oats
Water treatment basic "pale beer".
25g Apollo @ 60
18g citra @ 10
30g citra @ 80 degrees
Dry hop after 2 weeks with 45g cascade and 35g citra.
American ale yeast.
IBU 40...I think!
