Just a quick AG to see out the year.... for 23 litres

5.3kg base
0.3kg pale crystal
0.2kg torry
0.1kg amber
0.1kg pale chocolate

65C mash for 90mins, fly sparged

100g Bramling X as FWH
100g Nelson Sauvin at 2 mins
Zest of 5 oranges at 2 mins

SO4 yeast

See what happens!

Not so much bitter, BramX are not very high alpha and the Nelson Sauvins only had a couple of mins at the boil.

It is however utterly bursting with hop character and the orange peel gives that a nice citrus edge. Really worked out much better than expected, I shall have to do this again sometime.
