just had a brew day, first of the season, woo hoo!
2 1/2 hour mash due to dinner being ready
boiler starting leaking at one of the kettle elements, got that sorted eventually
hop filter broke (didnt see it when put it in) got that sorted mind you it took a while to get it into the FV
never a straight forward job this brewing lol
got the recipe from graham wheelers book, thing is why cant people put the AA% of the hops, it would be easier to work out when you have to swap recipe hops for hops you actually have in stock,
should be a good brew year, been asked to brew for an up and coming motorcyle rally not too far from me this summer, should be interesting!
