Happy Brew Year!

Having a go at this today:


Ingredients:
  • 4kg Maris Otter
  • 0.1kg Crystal 60
  • 0.15kg Wheat Malt
  • 1 x Safale 05
  • 80g Cascade Hops a.a. 7.6%
  • 5g Irish Moss
With additions as follows:
  • 40g Cascade at 60 mins
  • Irish Moss at 15 mins
  • 25g Cascade at 10 mins
Then dry hop with 15g of Cascade.

Should come out around 4% and be quaffable!

And what the flip has happened to the forum?
