Well its a good day outside, so i decided to stay in and brewup a recipe kit i wanted to try from a commercial non-sponsor of this site.
I dont think i can post the recipe as it comes from a commercial brewery that still exists - but im sure you can find it in a certain book
It includes;-
Pale Malt
Choc Malt
Crystal Wheat
Challenger
Fuggles and EKG's
It's in now and i am experimenting with the process - this time i am allowing the grain to sit in a 38 for 20mins before it starts the steps in the mash cycle - this is a fantastic machine. Total Mash cycle will be 2hr20 mins.
