Grain bill
3260g Pale Malt
390g Torrified Wheat
275g Crystal Malt
12g Black Malt
Hops
17g Challenger 60min
17g Progress 17min
14g Goldings 10min
1tsp Irish Moss 10min
8g Fuggles 6min
First hops added to the boil.
Mash at 66c for 90min
Boil for 60min, add a pinch of gypsum.
Spent grain and first hop addition
Yeast
Muntons Gervin Ale Yeast
Ferment at 20c
Transfering from boiler to FV
