The first one went down so well I'm repeating it. If it turns out half as good as SNPA-1 it will be fantastic!

I've never seen it on draft, I can imagine how much it must have cost in Dublin!

Was a lovely day today for a brew with a view!

Anyway OG 1051, slightly lower than 1053 as the recipe ..

Will keep updating until it's drunk....
:drink:

All safely Kegged and bottled!! FG 1007... Lovely too had a sneaky drop from the hydrometer tube!! :drink:

Had a couple of these tonight and I must say I'ts better than my SNPA 1 in my opinion. Going to be handing a few bottles of this out Monday to the lads and we'll see what they think...

Cheers Jeff!
But you don't have to go all the way to the US any more, because they sell it in Tesco too!

Well handed four out to the lads in work. Three are home brewers and the other ones thinking about it.... Only two have drunk theirs as yet and the other two are going to give it a go over the weekend.
So far the feedback has been positive. So I'm well chuffed with that. I will tell you what the other two think of it next week.
They all had SNPA-1 and loved it, so it should go down well as I reckon this 2nd batch is slightly nicer than my 1st. One of the lads (the none home brewer) couldn't believe you could make beer like that yourself

Probably the sadest day in my home brew career to date. The keg containing SNPA2 started blowing bubbles this evening :(
Never mind ingredients for SNPA 3 ordered
