32 gm Progress 90 mins.
22 gm Challenger 90 mins.
18 gm Goldings 15 mins.
Protaflac 15 mins.
Probably dry hop with 28gm Goldings.
Windsor Yeast
Water treatment.Cam tab,D.L.S.& Gypsum.
Spot on with target 1.050 SG.
First go at a "darker brew".Had a peep first thing this morning foamy krausen formed and looking good so far. :party:
