After taking the day off sick (sorry boss) due to having only one eye to focus with, I decided while the SWMBO was at work i get a brew on. I remembered after i moved house i ordered a kit over 7 months ago and completely forgot about it.

This is a full kit supplied by...well i thought they used to be a sponsor so i will just use their initials BB.

4.0 Kg Maris Otter
180g Crystal 120SRM
150g Flaked Barley
150g Torrified Wheat
50g Choc malt

55g Fuggles 90mins
20g Bobek 15mins
15g bobek at boil off
1 protofloc 15min
S04 yeasties

As the method given in the hand out is somewhat different to my setup, i wont post them.

OG should be around 1047

Also going to the GBBF this Wednesday and use my CAMRA membership card! I looked at the list and cannot believe that Woodfordes Whery isnt on it!!!

Those kits are great, but as you say you have to adjust the methods to suit your equipment.
