Grain Bill:

2000g Marris Otter 45%
2000g Lager Malt 45%
450g Wheat Malt 10%

Hops:
30g Challenger 7.47% 60min
30g Northdown 7.47% 15min
30g Northdown 7.47% 5min
25g Challenger 7.47% dry hop on day 7
25g Northdown 7.47% dry hop on day 7
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min.


Yeast:
Nottingham Ale
Ferment at 20°C
Brew to 23 litres
IBU: 44

SG: 1044
 
So are you still BIABing or have you moved on? I only ask 'cos I can't find a reason to change from BIAB myself but so many seem to do it. :?
