1.3 g/L Challenger (6.1% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil)
0.4 g/L Goldings (6.5% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
0.3 g/L Goldings (6.5% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)


Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with windsor
